Sales Director – Aircraft Management
Position Summary
Dreamline Aviation is seeking an experienced Sales Director-Aircraft Management to support our growing Aircraft Management portfolio. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of winning client relationships.
Essential Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities

Serves as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for aircraft owners

Develops a thorough understanding of each client’s operational requirements, financial objectives, service expectations, and utilization

Coordinates with internal operations, maintenance, finance, safety, scheduling, charter and inflight service teams

Oversees daily management of aircraft operations, maintenance planning, crew staffing, scheduling, and owner communications

Supports business development and fleet growth initiatives
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience working with aircraft owners, family offices, and other HNW individuals

Possesses business aviation expertise and financial acumen
-
Bachelor’s degree in aviation management preferred

Can demonstrate a clear understanding of the elements essential to delivering exceptional customer service
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated compensation includes a base salary and commission depending on experience, qualifications and performance. Dreamline also offers bonus participation as well as a highly competitive benefit package.
