Van Nuys, CA – September 14, 2011 - Despite the ongoing uncertainty in the global economy, Dreamline Aviation continues to see a growing demand for private jet charter services. During the first eight months of this year, jet charter activity for the Van Nuys based operator is up over 30% from the previous year.
Mark Schmaltz and his former Spirit Aviation management team launched Dreamline Aviation in 2009. According to Schmaltz, “We got back into jet charter at a real “low water” time in the industry. Many of the larger charter operators had to cut way back on their staffs and operations. We were fortunate to be able to start with a smaller, but highly experienced team of industry veterans.”
The steady growth at Dreamline Aviation can be attributed to several factors according to Todd Kunkler, Vice President of Marketing. “Many of our former Spirit clients have reconnected with us. We offered, and continue to offer, a service that many jet card programs can’t; local and highly personalized service.” He adds, “Word-of-mouth referral is the life-blood of a business as personal as private jet charter. Advertising and other promotion are important but it’s a dedication to service that wins customers.”
Dreamline Aviation currently offers worldwide jet charter from its bases at Van Nuys and the San Francisco Bay Area. Its fleet includes transcontinental midsize jets, long-range light jets and turboprops.
